Westcliffe Patient Participation Group

Patient Survey

The Patient Participation Group at Westcliffe is currently a small group of patients who are keen to ensure that patients’ voices are heard.  We meet monthly with the Practice Manager to discuss topical issues.

We are running a short survey to find out what patients think about the practice and its services and to highlight any issues we should be looking at in the coming year.  The survey will also give us an opportunity to meet with you – our details are on the notice board in the main waiting area – and for you to find out a bit more about us.

The survey will run between 28th November and 31st December 2011. You can take part by either:

  • talking to one of the Patient Participation Group interviewers after your appointment
  • taking the questionnaire home to fill in, returning it to reception
  • filling it in online see below

All the information you provide will be treated in the strictest confidence and it will help the practice plan for the future.  At our Patient Participation Group meeting in January, we will be looking at the collated information in order to produce a report which will be on the website, copies will also be available from reception as well as on our notice board.

So, this is your opportunity to influence the services provided by the practice and your involvement will also mean that you can find out more about the services available to you.

Thank you for taking the time to be involved in the survey
